Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.
Suitable for beginning students as well as experienced students who enjoy a gentler class. Develop body awareness, learn basic postures, and proper alignment. Learn how to sequence breath and movements, and become familiar with the connection to your physical and energetic body.
PiYo is a type of exercise that is a blend of Pilates and Yoga.
Body sculpting is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class.

Stay firm and get more flexible. In this class you’ll tone your tum, glutes, legs and arms, whatever your shape or size. Work your muscles to move better, bend more easily and reach higher.
Kettlebell AMPD is a whole-body workout emphasizing group fitness and focusing on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio.

30 min HIIT
This 30-minute HIIT total body workout is the total package, incorporating multiple muscle groups all at the same time. In HIIT workouts everyone can reap the benefits and have fun doing it.
Are you 62 years or older, and looking to stay fit and moving? Join us at our SilverSneakers Circuit! Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. This class can be covered by insurance.
