Youth Company
MFA Youth Company is a wonderful opportunity to develop technical dance skills while making great friends and building confidence. Our company students experience the joy of performing at various regional dance competitions, local events, and training with professional choreographers at dance conventions. The benefits of company reach far beyond just learning to dance and winning trophies. They learn the value of teamwork, to trust in each other, to depend on one another, and be a reliable person themselves. These important lessons will carry them on any path they choose to take in life.
We welcome new dancers into our competitive program each year. You do not have to be an MFA Studios student to audition. More information will be handed out on the day of Auditions about the Company commitments, responsibilities, and performances. Your child will participate in a class demonstration and learn choreography. A prepared routine is not required. Please view our Audition times below:
Ages 5-9

9:00 am - 9:45 am Check-in 5-9 yr olds
9:45 am - 10:45 am Auditions 5-9 yr olds
10:45 am - 11:30 am Parent Meeting 5-9 yr olds
Come with hair in a bun, a black leotard, black shorts, tan tights, and jazz shoes.
