Patricia Cornwell

Dance Instructor

Patricia was raised in the Northern Virginia area and has traveled from coast to coast as a dance instructor sharing her passion for dance, the performing arts and a variety of bodywork modalities. 

Patricia is a  trained Cecchetti method classical dancer and teacher, and she has achieved five certifications from the Cecchetti Council of America (1999-2004), a diploma in massage therapy from Career Training Solutions (2002), Reiki masters degree from Don Wingate(2002) and certified Chi Gong instructor through Sounds True and Lee Holden(2020) and hundreds of hours training with the Neuro-optimal neurofeedback systems.

Patricia believes that you can accomplish any goal you set for yourself with discipline, guidance, motivation and tools for success. Patricia’s training techniques offer guidance to improve connection of the body-mind as it pertains to training a well rounded dancer, athlete or anyone wanting self improvement.
