Evelyn McKemie

Dance Instructor

Evelyn started taking gymnastics classes at age three and refined her skills the following six years, competing regionally. At age nine, Evelyn started taking classes at MFA Studios.  Her experience at MFA developed into a passion for ballet. By the time she was 13, she was ready to enroll in a pre-professional dance program. For the past four years, Evelyn has undergone intense training in ballet, pointe, contemporary, and modern. She has spent summers training at The Washington School of Ballet Summer Intensive and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Intensive Summer Program. She also attended the Kennedy Center's Master Class Series and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Company Experience. Evelyn is a student at Germanna Community College where she has been named to the President's List, Dean's List, and Academic Honor's List.
