ADULT GROUP FITNESS AT MFA STUDIOS

MFA Studios offers classes that appeal to adults of both genders and all
walks of life.If you are thinking of joining a gym, reconsider driving all the
way into town, and take advantage of our Core & Toning, Body Sculpting,
Jazzercise,Belly dancing and Zumba classes. Also try our brand new Les Mills Program, CXWORX, the same program used by Gold's Gym If childcare is a concern, we have that covered too! We have something for everyone in the family!

MFAStudios ZUMBA classes

ZUMBA Latin dance-fitness workout that feels like

a party!  You'll burn tons of calories having fun,

dancing to salsa,merengue, cha cha flamenco, belly

hip hop, cumbia, samba, and much more.  The

routines feature interval training with a combination

of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the

body.

CXWORX at MFAstudios
CXWORX is the 30-minute PERSONAL TRAINING
INSPIRED CORE CLASS
that has been formulated with
carefully structured,scientific approach and unforgiving
 intensity.  It has been designed to tighten and tone abs
,gluts,back, oblique and 'slings' connecting the upper and
 lower body,improve functional strength and assist in injury
 prevention like nothing else, so,
 CXWORX WILL GET YOU RESULTS WHERE IT COUNTS MOST.

Jazzercise at MFAstudios
Jazzercise is a dance- based group fitness
 program. Each 60-minute Jazzercize class
 features a fusion of jazz dance,resistance training,pilates,yoga,kick boxing,and Latin
style movements set to popular music.

This class is not included with membership and cost
$10 per class .If currently a
Fitness member it will only
be $5 for class drop in.

Bellydancing at MFAstudios

Basic Belly Dance for social, fun, and fitness! Add bellydance to your workout routine: this class includes breath work, static and ballistic stretches, and weight-bearing dance activity - you'll feel the results immediately! Come by yourself to meet new people or bring your friends or meetup group! Come join Bellydance Foundation and Introduction to Anthea's certified method.  You can also, Bring home Anthea's Basics DVD to practice with!

This class is not included with membership and cost $45 for 4 weeks or $15 for drop ins.
