Note: All fees must be paid by pre-authorized debit or pre-authorized credit cards at time of registration.

Auto-debit from bank account and credit card payments are only available for regular auto-charge recurring monthly fees. Credit cards are not accepted for individual in-person payments for lessons each month.

If unable to make payment by Credit Card, 3 equal installments can made October, January and April. 

Tuition is due the1st of Sept,Oct,Nov,Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar,Apr,May

Annual payment will be given a 10% discount off of the years tuition.

All tuition is based on an average of 3 classes per month for a total of 36 weeks. Tuition may be paid in 10 monthly  installments.

There are no Tuition Refunds
A statement will be emailed if tuition not paid by the 5th of the month and a $25 late fee will be charged to the account.

Returned check fee is $25.00Any student with an overdue balance of more than 45 days will not be allowed into class until payment in full is received. Overdue balances must be paid by cash, money order or bank check.If you change your class style, add or delete a class, or have any questions concerning the monthly charge, please inform someone in the office.Office hours are 4-9pm Monday -Thursday. Please make up any missed class within one month of your absence if possible; no credit will be given for missed classes.The quality of our facility and faculty depends upon a system of mutual respect and cooperation. We understand that anyone may make a late payment from time to time, but please be respectful of our late fee policy and when applicable, graciously include your late fee in your nest payment. Thank you.  Drop Policy 

We require a 30 days notice prior to dropping a class. If done within 30 days a $30 charge will be assessed. If notification is done in less than 30 days the month's full tuition is required.

  Payment Instructions 

You WILL  be receiving a monthly courtesy bill/statement from our office by email for your monthly tuition. All payments are due on the first of each calendar month. If at any time you would like a printed statement of you account you may request one. We have included a payment receipt record for your convenience. Please note your payment as you make them for the school year. Monthly statements will be mailed for overdue balances.

 

Our students are in our database alphabetically by their last name. Many of our students have different last names from parents and/or grandparents who are paying for dance expenses. In order for us to properly credit your account, place child's name in memo line on check.

Tuition Information (Sept 2011-June 2012)

  • The school year will consist of (36) thirty-six weekly class sessions from Sept.  - June 15, 2012.
  • Monthly tuition is based on the average of 3.6 classes per month.
  • Some months have as few as (2) two weeks others have as many as (5) five.
  • You are not paying for scheduled school vacations and holidays.  Our calendar is based on the Amherst school system, others may vary. Make-ups are allowed.
  • Payments are due on the (1st) first of each month, auto billing available.
    Payments may be made online, at the office or by mail.
  • We gladly accept the following methods of payment:

Registration Fee

There is a $45.00 per family non-refundable annual registration fee which covers the entire year September 2011 - August 2012 for all  classes. Fitness has an annual registration.

Parent Discount:*     
Any parent or grandparent of a child currently taking class will receive 50% off  tuition.


Visiting Students

Classes may be paid for at a single class rate for the convenience of students wishing to try a class, or for those unable to make regular attendance. No registration fee necessary.  The rate for single classes is higher than our discounted monthly rates.    Ask for single class pricing.
